How we operate
In order for our human support center to assist, you will need to purchase a support bundle.
Your support bundle comes packed with request minutes. Request minutes are used to generate service request tickets. Once generated your request ticket is then routed to a dedicated service agent, and follows a work flow untill your request is marked done. Your minutes are then deducted from your QBT request Quota.
A member of our team will work with you to establish the appropriate service blueprint and components built into your support bundle.
Support Bundles
Plug and Play service support are chosen from our component service catalogue. These options are worked through with a service development manager.
Upon completion of your bundled support options, you can then use your minutes to generate support tickets, on qubitfoundry service platform.
Qubitfoundry support teams work across our entire provider network.
Once you have chosen your support options qubitfoundry R&D department will function as your personalised R&D department.
Response times. Tickets
Generated a support service suppprt ticket, service center route your request based on your Service Level Agreement (SLA) chosen as part of your bundle.
Minutes
Minutes will be deducted from your QBT Quota, as and when a ticket is processed.
To save minutes, please phrase your questions in a clear and logical way.
Ticketing Requests
Upon generation of your support ticket your SLA components stipulate the specific teams and a minimum response time, you will be responded to by our agents in acordance to your preferences in the alloted time.
